Great service from this company. Washing machine broke down, Josh was able to come out same day, diagnose the problem, had parts needed in his truck, repaired and tested, for a fraction of the cost for a new machine. Josh from Bud Blocks is so talented! We'd had a problem with a 25 year old Thermador stove. It was complicated and I'd had many repair people look at it and no one could figure it out. Everyone said I needed to do a total replacement, which would involve ripping up walls, etc. Josh figured it out for a fraction of the cost and fixed another issue too, on the spot. I'd had at least 5 people including the guys from Freds look at it before him. Josh was the only one who could figure it out and also provided great service. Probably one of if not the best repair person in the valley. Highly recommended!!
Excellent communication and service. They contacted us multiple times to let us know the time window when to expect the Repair Technician, Josh. He let us know a half hour before he arrived. Josh was professional and prepared. Definitely highly recommend and will use them again if ever needed for appliance repair.
