I couldn't get my dryer to start so I called Bud Blocks. My entire experience with them was excellent. They were very professional and sent out a very friendly repairman who arrived exactly when he said he would. The repairman was knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I intend to call Bud Blocks next time I have an appliance break.

I have bought parts and had repair work done from bud blocks and I have received great service with every encounter. They have provided good communication throughout the repair and they make sure that all the parts they use or sell are brand new and come directly from the manufacture. Our tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable on Bosh dishwashers and was able to fix the problem.
Ryan did an excellent job repairing our burned out oven igniter. I asked if he could walk me through what he was doing as he explained to me the part would probably burn out every 3 to 5 years. He patiently allowed me to watch and learn the whole process. Next time I probably will try and order the part and replace it myself, but I am happy to know I have an adept technician to call if it all goes sideways.
Truly the best. Josh Block is just one of those guys that after talking with him you leave feeling better and thinking “what a nice guy.”

Friendly customer service from start to finish! Receptionist was very helpful, and we were given a two-hour arrival window. Jack arrived right on time at 9am — no waiting around half the day! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We'll definitely call Bud Block's for future needs and recommend them to anyone. Great customer care makes a difference!
Great service from this company. Washing machine broke down, Josh was able to come out same day, diagnose the problem, had parts needed in his truck, repaired and tested, for a fraction of the cost for a new machine. Josh is a great guy and the whole staff was excellent, best service ever! Thanks everyone!
Josh from Bud Blocks is so talented! We'd had a problem with a 25 year old Thermador stove. It was complicated and I'd had many repair people look at it and no one could figure it out. Everyone said I needed to do a total replacement, which would involve ripping up walls, etc. Josh figured it out for a fraction of the cost and fixed another issue too, on the spot. I'd had at least 5 people including the guys from Freds look at it before him. Josh was the only one who could figure it out and also provided great service. Probably one of if not the best repair person in the valley. Highly recommended!!
